• The tour schedule may be changed or canceled due to weather, traffic conditions, or other circumstances.
• Travel time may be longer than expected due to traffic congestion.
• During the following busy periods, traffic restrictions may be implemented at sightseeing spots, and heavy crowds are expected. Shuttle bus transfers near the destination may be required:

- Some shops at the sightseeing spots may not accept credit cards. We recommend carrying some cash with you.
- To prepare for sudden changes in weather, we recommend bringing a folding umbrella or raincoat.
Cancellation Policy
- In cases of delays due to traffic, weather, or other force majeure, some stops on the tour may be canceled. Please contact our customer service in such cases. A partial refund will be processed according to our policy.
- In the event of severe weather such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will notify you by email by 8:30 PM local time, one day before departure, regarding whether the tour will be canceled.
- To avoid delays in the itinerary, please arrive at the designated meeting point 5 minutes early. Please note that we will not be able to wait for late arrivals.
- In the event of a flight cancellation due to a typhoon, no cancellation fee will be charged if you provide us with an official flight cancellation certificate in advance.
