---About the Sightseeing Spots--- ※Travel time between Taipei City ⇔ Jiufen (or Houtong Cat Village), Taipei City ⇔ Shifen, and Jiufen (or Houtong Cat Village) ⇔ Shifen is approximately 1 hour each way.
If you wish to visit multiple spots or destinations that are far apart, such as Jiufen and Shifen, we recommend choosing a plan of 6 hours or more. Please refer to the guide below for a sample sightseeing schedule.
【For 4-Hour Plan】 You can visit one destination from the following options: Jiufen, Shifen (lantern release), Houtong Cat Village, or others.

【Participation Restrictions】 • Children under 4 years old are required to use a child safety seat. Please select this option when booking. • Passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or are heavily intoxicated are strictly not allowed to ride.
【Notes & Other Information】 • The tour schedule may be changed or canceled due to weather, traffic conditions, or other circumstances. • Travel time may be longer than expected due to traffic congestion. • During the following busy periods, some destinations may have traffic restrictions, and heavy crowds are expected. You may need to transfer to shuttle buses near certain destinations: 。Year-end & New Year: around Dec 25 – Jan 5 。Lunar New Year: late January to mid-February (dates vary by year) 。Shifen (Pingxi area) Lantern Festival: late January to mid-February (dates vary by year) 。Weekends 。Japanese, Taiwanese, and Mainland Chinese public holidays • If there are only a few participants, the tour will be guided by an English-speaking driver only, instead of an English guide plus Chinese-speaking driver. • Arrival times may vary slightly due to traffic conditions; please use the schedule as a guideline. • If you apply using a discounted rate, it cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

【Clothing & What to Bring】 • Some shops at sightseeing spots may not accept credit cards. We recommend carrying some cash. • To prepare for sudden changes in weather, it is advisable to bring a folding umbrella or a raincoat.
【Cancellation Policy】 • In cases of unavoidable delays due to traffic, weather, or other force majeure, some destinations may be skipped. Please contact customer service in such cases. Partial refunds will be processed according to our policy. • In the event of severe weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, you will be notified by email by 20:30 local time, one day before departure, whether the tour will be canceled. • To avoid delays in the itinerary, please arrive at the designated pickup location 5 minutes early. Please note that we cannot wait for late arrivals. • If your flight is canceled due to a typhoon, no cancellation fee will be charged as long as you provide us with an official flight cancellation certificate in advance.
